Mainly responsible for providing L3 or Tech support to Regional ETF Operations team.
Responsible for acting proactively on Incidents find root cause of the issue and assist Ops in completing their daily business activities with Zero business impact
Responsible for closing assigned Incidents
Responsible for identifying redundant manual activities or pain areas and plan automation
Expected to be interacting with Business Analysts, Operations and L2 Production support team
Responsible for stability of Production environment
Develop or implement any Tech mandatory Jira’s
Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
· Must know: Core Java, Multithreading and Core SQL
· Preferred: Experience with Core Java patterns, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Unix/Linux scripting
