**Associate/Senior Associate (B30) Digital Product Manager (PHX)**

The Global Accounts Receivables team is a part of the Enterprise Platforms and plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase member value.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work with Product Manager and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
– Write user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
– Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
– Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment.
– Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
Qualifications:
– Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile. Familiarity with BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles is highly preferred.
– Recent experience working with a team of software engineers.
– Analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be a valuable asset
– Experience with a Bank Accounts Receivable or Payment or Lending Product highly preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
– High degree of comfort and understanding with technical concepts, data structure, tech stacks preferred
– Prior experience in a matrix organization and cross functional environment is a plus.
