Client is beginning the process of exploring Cloud options for the replacement however have not settled on a specific vendor at this point. We are looking to bring in someone to assist with building out high-level requirements for what should be incorporated into the new system. We would like to have someone with experience moving between platforms (preferably PS to Cloud) to help reverse engineer some of their functionality, work alongside the team, and conduct interviews to document those requirements. Once they have those requirements, they will talk with the various business groups to determine if there are adds or deletes to that list. This will then set the stage for vendors to come in and share demos with the organization to collect feedback from our business partners and ideally select a vendor by year end.
